Each cacao is ceremonial grade, organic, vegan, paleo, keto-approved, sugar/GMO/soy/gluten-free, and child/slave-labor free!
By creating Pure 100% Ceremonial Cacao that is ethically sourced and lovingly crafted, the inherent health benefits of cacao remain intact—including mineral content, healthy cacao butter, fiber, antioxidant content, and more.
As compared to cacao powder, our ceremonial grade cacao is a whole food, alive in spirit, and made from a single ingredient—organic cacao beans—that have been lightly roasted, shelled, and ground down.
Whereas cacao powder is processed a few steps further, which removes the high-grade cacao butter from the cacao paste, thus reducing the medicinal properties in the cacao powder.
In addition to the health benefits of our ceremonial cacao, from our experience, the flavor, texture, richness of ceremonial cacao (with its inherent healthy cacao butter) far exceeds a cacao powder drink with just cacao powder and water.
Furthermore, chocolate candy is often created with low-quality inputs, such as cacao powder, sugars, and additives, and often contains little to no healthy cacao butter. This results in a product that can actually be harmful to your health, as well as the planet.
