Helping me find ME, one cup at a time
"I am not into ceremonies or meditations or anything like that. This year is my 40th trip around the sun and I'm trying to find ways to increase my well being and really get to know who I am - so I've been trying things I wouldn't normally do - like ceremonial cacao. It turns out that, for me, it's a way to force myself to turn off electronics, THINK about what I'm ingesting, appreciate things, and slow my mind down. The results have been wonderful! I find that I'm happier, more positive, and calmer than typical me on days that I drink cacao. It's really playing a part in my well being, even on days I don't drink it, I find that I'm taking a few minutes here and there and being alone with myself.
