This is a perfect day to prepare a cacao mousse!
Recipe for Cacao Mousse: You can either prepare a new cacao batch or use your leftover cacao. When preparing, use extra discs or less hot water or mylk for more thickness. Stir in any sweetener or spices (perhaps a little cinnamon or sprinkle of cayenne), then pour into small glasses, jars, or a container of your choice. Leave it in your refrigerator overnight. You will have a creamy mousse by morning, ready to eat! Yum!
