We're out of the strong eclipse portal, which means it's a great time to begin our manifestation practices once more! With the influence of Jupiter, the planet of expansion, on this full moon in Gemini, we're being beckoned to have meaningful discussions, get clear on our wishes and projects, and reflect on all the gifts and lessons 2021 brought us so we can integrate our new maturity into future plans.
A pure cup of cacao such as Glowing Guatemala or Thriving Tanzania will aid us in getting clear and listening to the voice of our hearts. What are some of the most important lessons that you received this year? How can you integrate them into your life to bring expansion into your dreams and desires?
Tuesday, December 21st | Winter Solstice
We honor the shortest day of the year with this astronomical event, which marks the changing of cycles, a turning point, time slowing, and the beginning of the sun's strength building for the spring. Connect to the Winter Solstice's energy by acknowledging your life's endings and new beginnings in a ceremony or personal ritual with cacao. We recommend a more feminine essence cacao on this day such as Glowing Guatemala. This is a perfect time to rest as the winter days ask us to do, and know that as the seeds of your creations rest in the warmth of the darkness, brighter days are just around the corner that will give life to you and your ideas!
Friday, December 31st | New Year's Eve
An exciting day for billions of people worldwide where we say "goodbye" to the old, and "hello" to the new. This is a time for reflection, intention setting, and gratitude giving for all you've lived in this incredible year. How do you wish to call in 2022? Tune into what you most need to bring in this new year as your best self with a cup of your favorite cacao. No matter where your ceremonial cacao comes from, you can always tune into the medicine of the heart and cacao's messages for you. On this day, spend time in reflection, gratitude-giving, and celebration.
A wonderful ritual on this day to clear away all that you no longer wish to bring into the new year is to write out what you want to leave behind on a piece of paper and safely burn it either in a fire-safe vessel or in a fireplace if you have it at your disposal. To finish, write out all that you're grateful for and place it in a place you can see daily :)
