Ingredients:

One 8oz bag of cacao

60 oz water, milk or herbal tea

5 tbsp sweetener of your choice, optional

10 drops peppermint extract

10 candy canes and/or 10 mint leaves

Heat your water to 180 degrees. Like green tea, using boiling water with our cacao could heat out all the powerful nutrients. We like using electric kettles with temperature control or you can boil the water and let it cool down for a few minutes. 

Add cacao, sweetener, and peppermint extract. Make it creamy! Place the cacao in a blender, pour in 4-5 oz of heated water per serving and gently blend to create a nice frothy drink. We also love hand-held immersion blenders.

Garnish with candy cane and/or mint leaves & serve with loving intentions!
