Since Spring represents renewal, freshness, and going for something new, today we’re sharing a delicious cacao smoothie recipe.

Spring Cacao & Mint Smoothie

  • 20-30 discs of our pure ceremonial cacao
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp of almond or peanut butter
  • 1 cups of water or your favorite nut milk
  • 1 cup of organic spinach
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp of mint extract or 20 fresh mint leaves
  • *Optional: Cinnamon, cayenne, and ginger powder

All you have to do is put it all in a blender, blend it up until smooth, and enjoy!
