We recommend at least 15-20 minutes per day for course materials. Course work includes guided meditations, journal prompts, and cacao rituals. If you are someone who really likes to dive deep, you may want to designate extra time.

This course is self-paced so there are no live calls. We recommend joining our free weekly cacao ceremonies every Tuesday at 1pm PST to support you as you are on this learning journey.

You will need 12 servings of cacao for this course. You can work with whatever cacao you have at home, or, you can order the course with our Variety Kit.
The course is designed to pair with our Variety Kit - each lesson recommends a specific cacao in the Kit that aligns with that day's theme.
We begin drinking cacao on day 8 of the course, so there's plenty of time for you to order and have your cacao on hand.
