We’re sharing a decadent recipe… Cacao Mousse! Here’s how to prepare your own mouse with ceremonial cacao!
Ingredients:
- Ceremonial Cacao discs
- Non-dairy milk of choice
- Fruits to dip
Instructions:
- Prepare your ceremonial cacao: Instead of heating water, heat your non-dairy milk of choice over the stove top (make sure it doesn’t boil).
- Add the milk into a blender with your cacao discs - (we recommend 25-30 discs to 6oz of liquid for 1 serving)
- Optional: add a natural sweetener of choice to taste (honey, maple syrup, etc.)
- Blend until delicious creamy consistency - about 1 minute
- Pour into small cups or into a bowl and store in the refrigerator overnight to create a mousse consistency.
- The next day, serve the mousse with a platter of fruits of your choice to dip in and non-dairy whipped cream.
