Shop Ceremonial Cacao
Ingredients:
3-5 Pitted dates (based on date size and your desired level of sweetness)
6 oz Oat milk
25 discs Ceremonial Cacao (we recommend Thriving Tanzania for supporting morning focus)
1 Banana
2 Tbsp Almond or Peanut Butter (if you have a nut allergy, you can omit or swap for sunflower seed butter)
1 tsp of Prosporous Mystic Mushroom Powder
Cinnamon + Spices to taste
1 cup of ice cubes
Serves: 1
Instructions:
Heat oat milk on the stove top, then add to blender with cacao discs and mix well. Then, add to blender: banana, 3-5 pitted dates, nut butter, spices of cinnamon to taste, and ice cubes. Blend well, and enjoy!
